Company Profile
The Seychelles Airports Authority (SAA) was established under the Seychelles Airports Authority Act, 2024, as the independent corporate entity responsible for the operations, management and oversight of Seychelles’ airports and associated aviation services.
SAA and its affairs are administered by a CEO, reporting to a Board of Directors appointed by the President, in consultation with the Minister responsible for Civil Aviation.
The Authority has the following functions:
- Manage, develop and administer airports and provide associated aviation services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the airport, including passenger services, baggage handling, and ground services.
- Maintaining and upgrading airport facilities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Entering into agreements and partnerships to ensure the airport remains commercially viable and competitive.
