The Division oversees four key functions: Corporate Brand Management, Public Relations, Internal and External Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Donations. Through these functions, the Division ensures that the organisation’s image is consistently represented across all platforms, that accurate and timely information is communicated to stakeholders, and that employees remain informed and engaged. A key objective of the Division is to continue developing and strengthening the SAA brand by enhancing communication practices, increasing digital engagement, and expanding stakeholder and community outreach. Through effective messaging, modern communication tools, and impactful CSR initiatives, the Division supports the Authority’s vision of becoming one of the most recognised and reputable organisations in the country.
