1. Notice Period

1.1- Operators wishing to carry out non-scheduled flight and/or non-traffic stop to and from the Seychelles International Airport require to submit their application to the Flight Clearance Office at least 72 hours prior to operation of the flight (Please refer to GEN1.2-2 of Seychelles AIP).

1.2 - The Flight Clearance Office may not be able to process applications with less than this stipulated notice period.

2. Application

2.1 - Operators are required to fill and complete the application form by [insert link or direct them to the forms]

2.2 - All fields within the application form are required to be completed. Incomplete or incorrect application form will result in the application not being considered until the necessary corrections are made.

2.3 - The application form is required to be completed and submitted within the stipulated notice period.

2.4 - All revisions of schedules must adhere to the same process and conditions outlined in Sections 1 and 2 here.

3. Processing of Flight Clearance application.

3.1 - Upon receipt of the completed application form, the Flight Clearance Office will contact the applicant, in the form of acknowledgement, for the purpose of making enquiries, for the purpose of requesting amendments and finally for the approval or non-approval of the permit.

3.3 - The Authority reserves the right to deny applications or request schedule amendments from the applicant.

3.4 - Terms and Conditions associated with an approved permit shall be respected at all times.

4. Emergency and Urgent Application

4.1 - The Authority will consider emergency and urgent applications submitted outside the stipulated notice period provided that full justification is provided for the late application.

5. Flight Clearance Office Opening Hours

Please note that the Flight Clearance Office is open as follows;

• Mondays to Fridays - 0500 UTC – 1200 UTC
• Saturdays - 0500 UTC – 0800 UTC
• Sundays and Public Holidays - CLOSED
