RESURFACING OF CONCRETE FLOORING AT THE AFRS APPLIANCE BAY AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Eligibility:
The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All contractors Class I and II only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Performance Period:
Twelve (12) weeks from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:
The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section, Seychelles Airports Authority at Sunshine House, First Floor, Providence, Mahe as of Thursday 5th February 2026 between 9:00am to 3:00pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300 each.

Closing Date for Dossier:
The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 11th February 2026 at 3:00pm. No Tender Dossier will be available after the closing date.

Pre-Tender Site Visit: A mandatory site visit / information meeting has been organized on Friday 13th February 2026 at 10:00am. The meeting place shall be at the Cargo Terminal Gate 3 at the Seychelles International Airport.

Failure to attend the site information meeting / visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “RESURFACING OF CONCRETE FLOORING AT THE AFRS APPLIANCE BAY AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 10:30AM ON THURSDAY 26TH FEBRUARY 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
