SALES OF VEHICLES

The SAA wishes to invite interested persons to bid for the following vehicles:

Important Note

1. The Vehicles are put on sale on an ‘AS IS’ BASIS.
2. It is mandatory that the spares are purchased together with the respective vehicle.

ACCESS TO BIDDING FORM

Bidding Form are available at SAA Head Office Procurement Section, Seychelles Airports Authority at Sunshine House, First Floor, Providence, Mahe as of Wednesday 26^th November 2025 between 9:00amto 3:00pm and also at the SAA Club house on the day of viewing.

VIEWING

The vehicles together with the spares can be viewed at the SAA Club House on Saturday 29^th November 2025 from 0900hrs to 15h00hrs. (contact Mr. Patrick Payet for technical details on Tel No 2527217)

SUBMISSION OF BIDS

All bids should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Seychelles Airports Authority and submitted in a sealed envelope in the tender box located at the reception at Sunshine House, First Floor, Providence, Mahe  properly labelled “Tender for Vehicle “include vehicle type” not later than Wednesday 03^rd December 2025 at 1000Hrs.

OPENING OF TENDER

Tender will be open on Wednesday 03^rd December 2025 at 1000Hrs at the SAA Head Quarters

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The successful bidder(s) shall pay SCR150 to the Seychelles Licensing Authority for transfer of vehicle purchased.
• Once bid has been accepted and payment effected, no refund will be applicable for any reason whatsoever.
• The successful bidders should remove the vehicle from SAA premises within 5 working days after payment has been finalized.

SAA reserves the right not to accept or reject any bid(s) or to postpone/cancel the sale without assigning any valid reason.
